SKILLS TRAINING

This includes refining shooting form, footwork, and follow-through, practicing jump shots, free throws and three pointers. Improving ball-handling skills through drills that focus on control, speed and agility. Developing accuracy and decision making in passing. Training on footwork for both offense and defense. Enhancing Offense and defensive skills such as positioning, foot speed, and understanding Offense and defensive concepts.

MENTAL PREPARATION AND MENTORSHIP

Developing mental toughness, focus and resilience, including visualization techniques to enhance confidence and performance. Setting goals and practicing mindfulness to manage stress and pressure during games. Mentorship is a must to help everyone in our program on and off the court with personal growth in life. we will have a safe space for athletes to discuss mental and emotional challenges.

CONDITIONING ENDURANCE SPEED WORKOUTS

Basketball is a fit sport we build overall fitness, stamina and agility through agility drills, cardiovascular exercises and endurance. Incorporating plyometric and sprinting drills to improve explosive power and focusing on flexibility and injury prevention.

TEAM PRACTICS AND GAME EXPERIENCE

Practice simulating game scenarios to improve decision-making and teamwork. Engaging in scrimmages to apply skills in a competitive context. Understanding game tactics, plays and concepts. Game Experience help players recognize how the game unfolds, including the pace, rhythm and momentum shifts enabling them to better adapt their play.
